We are equipping young people in Florida with digital and vocational skills to prepare them for the future of work and sustainable careers. Through training programs in areas like technology, entrepreneurship, and trade skills, we’re helping youth gain confidence and practical abilities that open doors to new opportunities. By partnering with local mentors and training centers, this project ensures that young people not only learn but also connect to real pathways for employment and leadership.
Our goal is to empower Florida’s youth with skills that matter in today’s world. Specifically, we aim to:
Train over 1,000 young people in tech, trade, and entrepreneurship.
Build strong career mentorship programs.
Create job readiness pipelines with local businesses.
By doing so, we hope to break cycles of unemployment and build a new generation of innovators and leaders.
In Florida, many young people—especially from underserved communities—struggle with limited access to job opportunities and affordable training. Without intervention, they risk being left behind in a rapidly changing job market. This project focuses on them because with the right tools and guidance, these youths can thrive, support their families, and contribute positively to their communities.
